We’ll review your income, credit, and financial details to provide a pre-appoval letter, giving you a clear budget and making you a stronger buyer in the market.
Find Your Dream Home (Day 3-20)
With pre-approval in hand, you can confidently shop for home that fit your budget. Once you make an offer & it’s accepted, we move forward with loan process.
Finalized Your Loan (Day 20 – 28)
We handle the unnderwriting, appraisal , and final loan approval. During this time, we may request additional documents to ensure a smooth closing.
Close & Get Your Keys (Day 28 -30)
Conratulations! You’ll sign the final paperwork, finalize your mortgage, and receive the keys to your new home-all within 30 days.
